The prime purpose of the company is to provide project management services for new build and refurbishment projects, from inception through to completion, mostly working in the private sector. Secondly, Cassian provides the whole range of planning, programming and scheduling services, from tender stage, to active participation throughout the construction process, and if necessary, concluding in delay analysis and forensic planning.
